I use special acrylic paints and markers made specifically for fabric and leather. The paints contain polymers that allow the surface to flex and bend without cracking. Everything is coated for protection and holds up to usage and water.
Client supplies footwear/clothing. Prices vary but rule of thumb:
Purses and shoes start at $300.
Jackets start at $500 for back panel and $1,000 for front & back.
